Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Scrolln → Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Scrolln → Cancel subscription. You can cancel anytime during your 7-day free trial to avoid being charged.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Scrolln → tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used originally.
I was charged but don't have access
Tap Restore Purchases in the app. If that doesn't work, email us with your receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my account?
Open Scrolln → Settings → Delete Account, or uninstall the app. This removes all locally stored data. Subscription billing is managed through your Apple ID or Google account and must be canceled separately as described above.
