Agreement
By downloading or using Scrolln you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subscription
Scrolln offers an auto-renewing subscription with a mandatory 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at $7.99/month or $69.99/year (or the equivalent in your local currency) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds
All subscription refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Scrolln on Apple devices you own or control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to harass others through the community feed.
Disclaimer
Scrolln is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Use at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrolln and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
